So it's at $70 + $90 shipping. Best of luck, seller. I would call this a "dirty dog".
The fuse holder in upper left also, um, not quite original.
FYI, I don't know how many saw the recent Schulman radio auction. There was
nice AR-2 in there. I do not "need" another but it came with a publication I would
have loved to get. I didn't bid, but kinda regretted it, as I saw it sold for something
like a paltry $65.
I have one with the power connector removed and another one in the transit trunk.
The latter came out of New England. Someone here mentioned that this seller, now
SK, once had a stack of them to sell.
I remember August Links' auctions a few years back where his AR-2 in transit case
fetched $180, kind of a low figure for August Link anything. At the time I thought,
"This receiver don't get no respect".
I have been thinking of getting rid of mine plus the AT-12 transmitter HF, also in
transit trunk.
BTW, just saw now that Schulman's auction is in Kansas City. Wasn't that the site
of the now long departed Manion's Auction ? That place was like an Ebay on paper,
amazing variety of wonderful things showed up there. I just recently gave away
some of their bound auction catalog books, the last I still had.
