That is only the RF amplifier section. Puts out 0.5 watts (15 watts in
“high power mode”) from a 4CX250. The complete WRA-3 includes a 90 lb
synthesizer, a 100 lb power supply section and some other stuff. Part of
some weird submarine spook HF comms system - I wish I knew more.
