[Milsurplus] Gordon Head B.C

anyone have any information relating to Gordon Head B.C. intercept
station during WWII. Its [purpose was to intercept Japanese traffic.
Who conducted the training, when was it commissioned? I understand
several WRENS from Canadian Navy were trained there but did not see
service due to the end of war. 
 Any info would be helpful. Did they operate in conjunction with
Point Grey?  A history of the site is sought.
