[Milsurplus] need connector for 180L3 tuner

anyone have the sk-c-16-21c-1/2  connector for the collins 180L tuner?  also anyone ever get one of these to work with a non aircraft radio?  i know it needs 28vdc 250v b+ and 110vac 400cycle
