[Milsurplus] OT: Kidde fire extinguisher recall

Thanks for the worthwhile tip about the vehicle extinguisher. That explains the puzzling non-performance of one I recently tested.

>I had a couple on the list.  The recall goes back nearly half of a century and covers most all with plastic valves across dozens of manufacturers and possibly tens of millions of units.  I chucked both as I've been replacing mine with commercial all-metal models for the past year or so.  Also keep in mind that only Halon extinguishers work in vehicles as the powder models compact due to vibration and if the valve still works, the powder can't come out. Seen this a few times.
