[Milsurplus] looking for online links of ru-18/19 info

Looking for  online links  of  ru-18/19 info, manuals,  installed usage 
photos  etc.
also looking  for  a LM  freq meter to  display with...  condition.... must 
look nice ... not necessarily be fully operational...  but if it is that is 
ok  too!
