Kano Kroil is like magic. I buy it from the manufacturer, Kano Labs in Nashville, TN. Not cheap, but available in qty from quart to 55 gallon drum. They sell lots of other good stuff too. 
Case in point; I moved to Arkansas in 2003 I didn't have a workbench to mount my 53LB vice on, so it was left outside the basement door. The leaves fell and I didn't see that vice again until I moved in 2015. So, a good 12 years out in the weather. Needless to say all moving parts were "welded" together with rust. OK, I douse it with a little KROIL and after 24 hours it would move. Bottom line is... it now works as new.
