Yeah, it was more of a joke for engineers.  Yet it is useful to explain that an 
ideal capacitor will dissipate no power and it is the imperfect nature of real 
life parts that they have these imperfections due to their materials and methods 
of construction and that is why engineers and amateurs take special care not 
just determining the value of capacitors but also the specific type that should 
be used.  An antenna capacitor is under some strong electrical stresses and 
operating at RF so if the wrong type is selected it will overheat (wasting RF 
power) or even fail.
