I think you meant "ideal" capacitor.

 

A "real" capacitor always has some finite series and parallel resistance
that causes real (watts) losses.

 

It is only an "ideal" capacitor that has none of that, nor any inductive
reactance as well.  Reactive currents alway cause real losses in resistive
components.  Of course, some capacitors are less ideal than others. :-)
