[Milsurplus] Transformer id

I have, what looks like, an IF transformer.
It has 6 terminals on the base arranged in a circle.
The tuning is via two trimmer \capacitors, C32-3A and C32-3B.
These are covered by a dust cover that rotates to allow tuning then
rotates back to cover the openings.
On this cover is marked "181" and the capacitor designations.
The transformer aluminum housing is 3-3/8" high x 1-3/8" wide x 1-3/4" deep.
Any ideas as to what this is from?
It appears to be shop worn NOS.
Anyone need it for the postage?
