[Milsurplus] 186.3 kHz rock

I know this is a long shot, but - i found a large crystal labeled "MC-72 by BLILEY 186.3 KC."  So anyone know what this be from ? I don't think it's ship band; i seem to think ships, at least civilian ones, used VFO transmitters in the lower LF band.

Failing that query, you have a 2nd cance: i also found a couple large "Hallicrafters steering wheel" type knobs; look "fatter" than SX-28 ones. What from, mebbe BC-610 ?
