When I was a MARS net control in the mid-1970s,
4020 was our net freq.  4025 was either Air Force
or Navy MARS- don't now 'member which one but
they were there.  Frequencies have probably shifted
since then.  Anyways, I can say 3237 and 4025 were
MARS for sure.  3200 range early in the 70s had
a lot of ART-13s on AM still.  Army MARS AM
went away before I faded out of MARS
some time in the late-70s.
Don't recognize the 5 MC freq.
