Yes. A pair of 866s or something like that.

I think I'll use George's solution. That makes more sense to me and I end up using one less 
transformer and all the associated stuff.

In addition, the transformers are rated for 115 VAC input for their 2500 VAC output, but our 
line voltage here is very seldom below 118 VAC, and I have seen it as high as 128 VAC, so 
at this point, I am absolutely certain that the output voltage will be 1800 VDC which is 
exactly what is needed.
