        I still have a few (20) of IXGH25N120 IGBT Fets left. These are
1,200 Volt 50 Amp( in switch mode), TO-247 case devises. If anyone would
like two to play around with, e-mail me. Just cover the cost of postage.
So the next ten replies get them.
