Good point to keep in mind. But who’s going to be drawing a half amp at 200 volts? 200 volts sounds more like a receiver application, in which case
maybe 150 mA is going to be the approx maximum for a large receiver.

Looking at that circuit, you have
a voltage drop of 150 volts across
that FET. At 0.5 Amps that's 75
Watts that puppy must dissipate.
I suggest a "robust" cooling system.
