Maybe MEK (2-butanone). Not the new fake "MEK substitute," you need the real
stuff. You might find some old stock somewhere. It's pretty hazardous so if
you do find some use it outside and try not to breathe too much of it. It can
be found on ebay but can be expensive. Be careful it does dissolve and/or damage
many plastics and paints.
