[Milsurplus] CEX-49238 Pin/Plug

The pin is a bit unique in that it has a ring recessed about 1/8" from
the end. This locks into a clip in the radio to secure it. If you just
want a working antenna a standard 1/8" banana plug fits. Just tried it
and it has enough friction to stay in place.
