[Milsurplus] BC-221 Questions

Can anyone tell me the correct model BC-221 that came with a factory AC
Power Supply?
 
Also does the BC-221 factory AC Power Supply have a correct nomenclature and
Model Number and does anyone know what it is?
 
Does anyone have any photographs of the AC Power Supply both in and out of
the BC-221?
