[Milsurplus] looking for English manual for German radio sets

Hi all,

Happy Friday.

I’m gearing up for fall and winter projects and I’m looking for english manuals for any of these German sets:

Lorenz Lo40k39
Lorenz Lo6k39
Siemens E310
Siemens E311
Telefunken E52
Telefunken E437S

There are PDFs for some of these available in German and I’ve tried translating but I’m not having much luck.
Has anyone had a good experience translating (large, complex) German pdfs into English?  if so what apps or websites were used?
