[Milsurplus] Texscan attenuator update

Thanks for those with input on this. I had thought i'd maybe have to do a circuit mock-up to verify these, but as suggested,
a simple ohmmeter test sufficed. 2 out of my 3 were defective, with high or even open on some detente positions - after
exercising the switch, too. One of them was apparently for 120 ohms system, like in interconnecting digital equipment,
so no big loss there.
