[Milsurplus] Russian longwave receiver photo

Hi Hue,

I found this picture which looks (to me anyway) to be very close to what 
you have.  The meter is in a different location but the knobs look about 
right.
Unfortunately this receiver is not identified.  The text seems to refer 
to the transmitter.
