That's a problem-filled time reference for those that may not realize that Arizona does not use daylight savings time.  Time there is currently the same as PDT, one hour earlier than MDT, two hours earlier than CDT, and three hours earlier than EDT.

I'd have just cited GMT, the standard for ALL radio-related time references, were it me.
