[Milsurplus] Unknown ADF Receiver

That is a surprise to me, and may have applied only to airborne
installations. When these were used in control towers or GCA vans, all
the manuals and equipment registers called them a Wilcox 807 in 1970-73.
Also, our ILS marker beacon transmitters and their manuals had only
commercial numbers, no GRN- or GRT- numbers at all. I think there was
a fair amount of equipment that never had an AN/ number or the number
was obscure and no one bothered with it on the logs. Bruce KA2IVY
