[Milsurplus] "The Bagpipes"

The 'bagpipes' was an uptempo little ditty of a few bars ( or seconds )
length, is that right? That ditty hasn't run through my mind in YEARS.
If we're thinking of the same thing, i always had thought it was somehow
Middle Eastern, but i see now, it could be a tropical American melody.
If i could carry a better tune, i'd even be able to hum it still. Maybe i'll
add that to my stack of projects; write out the actual music for it. 
Not to be confused with 'bagpipe jamming'.
