It may be, then, that the BC-348/ MRC-35A is the rarest of the BC-348
variants. I certainly have not seen a BC-348 with a NET/ SEND switch
installed.
i wonder how the panel was lettered for this switch.
I suppose the few that did get into private hands, the new owner thought,
"Now who did this useless mod ? "

For that, you will need the manual for the AN/MRC-20, showing the
R-584/MRC-20 and R-589/MRC-20.
