[Milsurplus] Shifting Command Set Xmtr Freqs ?

Anyone recall offhand where these articles appeared? Shifting the Command
Sets transmitter frequencies, 4-5.3 down to 80M,

the 5.3-7 MHz up to 40M.  As i recall, maybe wrongly, the shift retained the
original dial, and an offset was mentally applied to

the dial freq to reckon the actual working.
