> George, to answer your original question, TA-12 transmitters were indeed used in pairs on Canadian-built Lancaster bombers. As you are probably aware, during World War II many Bendix designed sets such as the TA-12, MN-26 and RA-10 were built under license in Canada by Northern Electric.
