[Milsurplus] TA-12 in pairs

Both the TA-12 and MP-28 modulator use the same 16 pin connector, 
George.  Attached is the normal wiring diagram for a single TA-12 
system.  You can see that two cables emanate from the junction box and 
go to those two items.  I can see now why you thought that it might be 
for a pair of TA-12s because of the identical appearing connectors.
