Doug,

I don't have anything on it in my database except the nomenclature and 
frequency range.  The SIG 5 entries from June and December 1945 give the 
nomenclature and SigStkNr but say only VOID-Insufficient Requirements.  My guess, 
based upon this and the fact that I've never seen one is that despite the 
slightly higher nomenclature number, it may have been superceded by the 
I-95-(*), part of IE-12, used with SCR-522, 542 and 624 plus the forest of ground 
sets that used the BC-640.
