[Milsurplus] thoughts on the SRR family of radios

They were actually intended to replace the WW-II vintage RBA, RBB and RBC 
in new construction and upgrades during major overhauls.  They were in turn 
soon superceded by the R-390A/URR which remained in front-line service into 
the 1970's.  The only ships that actually carried them seem to have been new 
construction between about 1952 and 1956.
