That is pretty neat Dave. I always wanted one of those but never had an
opportunity to get one. Now, at my age and physical limitations, I no longer
am ready for one any way. Besides, I have a lot of other projects ahead of
me in my retirement, which will start in the middle of April. 73 - Mike

While waiting to acquire a TCS-12 dynamotor supply so I can finish that
project, I decided to do a little preliminary work on a WWII 1945
Hallicrafters BC-669 that's been waiting its turn for about, oh, 15 years or
so.
Besides, a very kind and generous local ham has one he wants to give me so I
decided I'd "practice"
getting one revived. You know- get to know where all the parts are and
stuff.
I had a three-day weekend and I figured a little head start.
Well... one thing lead to another and...
I guess I don't know when to quit.
Really helps when you have the original Spare Parts box handy. Still
working on the transmitter but will likely have it ready for the Texoma
Trader's Net by next weekend.
