Hey all,
Question for those more intelligent than I in regards to radio design (ie,
all here, lol). Does anyone know of a homebrew amp, or a particular
commercial amp that would work well with the T-827 exciter? Granted,
there's the AM-3924 (no chance of 3 phase power here though), and then
there's the AM-3007, but that requires 8223 and 8116 tubes. Neither of
those tubes are easy to get, with one damned near impossible from what I
can tell.
Someone mentioned converting the 3007 to use more conventional tubes but
that's (as of yet) above my ability without some help, so that leaves the
original question.
As always, thanks in advance and 73
Reuben
