Nick,
Thank you for getting back to me.  Attached are pictures of the unit.  It
has been sitting in a garage at my home in Elkton, Maryland for the past 13
- 14 years.  Before that it was in the basement of my dad's house for over
40 years.  It is a little dusty, but I believe it still works and seems to
have all the components.  Any help would be much appreciated.
