It's a mid-1950's US made 243 Mc ELT with automatic and manual keying of the
serial encoder wheel.  The 60.7 Mc crystal is missing as is the external
power/control box.  It has no option for voice or CW and is four to six
times the size of other ELTs at the time and requires external parts to
operate, so it was a short lived gimmick of a product.  I have one on the
shelf here and some ads and description of operation in storage somewhere.
