[Milsurplus] RT-19/ARC-4

I saw one of these ARC-4's in Seattle around 1980. At the time i thought,
hey that's pretty clever, the owner found a meter to match, but now i'm more
inclined to think it
was factory installed.

Jack, it definitely has the RT-19/ARC-4 nomenclature plate.  When I got it
46 years ago, I had read about the AN/ARC-4, but I had no knowledge of its
history, including the existence of the WE 233A.  It's still in my mom's
attic in Arkansas.
