I don't know that person, but I know something about the 1934 Receiving Set RAJ that you describe. Its receiver is CBY-46046 and it is similar to the 1834 RU-3 CBY-46036. The RAJ CBY-20040 AC power supply that you seek is described on the last lines below:

----------------------------------------------------------
Receiver CBY-46046 Model RAJ, A.R.C. Order NOs 34679, 02-10-1934
Type: Tuned Radio Frequency
Modes: CW (A1), MCW (A2 and A3)
Receiver Stages: RF AMP1, RF AMP2, RF AMP3 3 x CRC-38078, Type 78
                     AGC CRC-38077, Type 77
                     DETECTOR CRC-38077, Type 77
HETERODYNE OSCILLATOR (BFO) Half x CRC-38233, Type RK-33
                     AF AMPLIFIER Half x CRC-38233, Type RK-33
AUTO/MANUAL Gain: AGC is applied to all three RF amplifier stages.
MGC is applied to all three RF amplifier stages.
AF Output Impedance: LOW
AF Low Pass Filter: In AF transformer primary.
- Heterodyne oscillator operates at one-half the receive frequency, and it is
coupled into the cathode of the detector stage. It does not affect the RF
amplifier or AGC stages. This allows AGC use in CW mode, as well as MCW mode.

Receiver is similar to 1934 command/liaison aircraft receiver RU-3 CBY-46036 except:
- Heater power is connected for 6 volts ac/dc operation.
- There is no control box. These controls are on the front panel:
    AUTO-MANUAL gain control select switch
    CW-MCW heterodyne oscillator switch
    Volume/Sensitivity INCREASE OUTPUT control
Headphone jack replaces ICS audio input jack
- There are no LOOP connections or switch.
- AF Output Impedance is LOW only.
- The power connector has six terminals. (CBY-46036 has ten)
- The RAJ uses a set of coils for full 224 to 13575 kHz coverage:
    Coil Set Frequency Band
    CBY-47065 224- 350
    CBY-47066 350- 545
    CBY-47067 545- 850
    CBY-47068 850- 1330
    CBY-47069 1330- 2040
    CBY-47070 2040- 3000
    CBY-47071 3000- 4500
    CBY-47072 4000- 6000
    CBY-47073 5400- 8100
    CBY-47074 8100-12500
    CBY-47075 9050-13575

Power Supply CBY-21173
Input 6 vdc
Output 360 vdc, -80 vdc, -72 vdc, 6 vdc
Dynamotor unit is the same as RU-3 CBY-21108 except:
- The dynamotor uses 6 vdc input
- It has a power fuse
- It has a power ON-OFF switch
- There is no transmitter modulator bias voltage output.

Power Supply CBY-20040
Input 120 vac/60 Hz
Output 250 vdc, -80 vdc, -72 vdc, 6 vac
- Transformer with Full-wave Rectifier CRC-38180 (Type 80)
- It has a power fuse
- It has a power ON-OFF switch.
----------------------------------------------------------

I doubt that there many RAJ systems were made. Any surviving component would be very rare.

I have never found any documentation for an AC Power Supply Unit built for GF/RU sets. I would be interested in hearing any and all details. I have copies of manuals for almost all GF/RU sets and there is no mention of such a thing. The RAJ CBY-20040 does not work with anything except the RAJ CBY-46046, so it can not be a smaller version of some other AC supply for the GF/RU.
