I hate to be a cynic (I just am naturally……) but I agree with your friend
Dave, and also Pete.

When carrying ARC-5 stuff at festers I get a lot of comments like “Yeah, I
have one of those and one of these days……”.

This year I started,  and finished,  restorations on a Hammarlund
HQ-129-X,  BC-348Q,  and HW-16 / VF-1,  which is a LOT for my snail’s pace
way of working
