[Milsurplus] Status of BAMA

I am specifically looking for a free-manuals host; picture this example. You
pick up some old piece of test equipment, or an attractive CB, or
some such, at a hamfest for $5-10-15. Then you have to spend another $15-20
for some minimal information for it? For me, that does not
compute well.

You might consider artek manuals. He does professional high quality scans.
He does sell them but maybe he can compensate you in some way. I know we'd
all rather get these into the public's hands for free, but this is a
possible alternative if the free outlets don't work out.
