Hi, Hutch. I don't know what that change is, but the ballast tube mod is very 
useful.

No. No MWO at all. I just did it on my own. I removed every module which 
had a pentode or a  tetrode in it, and did it on my own. Worked perfectly.

The fellow I was working for had at least a dozen SRR-11s, tuned to the 
Navy VLF stations, and recording their outputs. His receiver ran 24/7/365. I 
had to figure out a way to make them more reliable, and that it what I hit on.
