I have an original DAG-1 and DAG-2 instruction book dated 21 Dec. 1942 and 14 June 1943. A couple of the included illustrations provide a glimpse of the caps and chains of interest here.
Unfortunately, no clear views, descriptive information or part numbers of these items are included in the book.
