Yep. One of my pet peeves is that 99.44% of all the freebie scanned manuals 
on the internet were done by people who haven't a clue about how to scan 
manuals and aren't worth the electricity to download.

Also, the TCS-7,9,10,11,12 manual is NAVSHIPS 900,291-IB.

I'll send you a decent scan of 20218.
