[Milsurplus] RT-427/ARC-39

I downloaded the manual, the dynamotor is inside so the high voltage
does not pass through the connector. It also appears the HV is
somewhat mild at about 375 volts. I am interested in getting one of
these but the Epay price is far too high for a 15 watt rockbound AM rig.
