No, the PL-Q103 is the more common right angle one where the wires or cable 
exit the bottom of the plug (as normally used..  As with the Jones plugs, 
there is no elbow on the connector.  The PL-P103 is the straight one where 
the wires exit straight out the back of the connector parallel to the 
contacts.
