The cable jack is JK-26.  $10.00.  Comes with two solderless crimp 
terminals.

The cord is CD-307.  Comes in many lengths up to AFAIK 144".  Most common 
lengths are 65" +/- 10".  $20.00.  JK-26 to PL-55.  (WW-II) $17,50 JJ-026 to 
PJ-055B (postwar).
