[Milsurplus] USAAF Ground station photos

Radio News for Feb. 1945, p 41, has article "Bomber's Ears". A fluff 
piece, no real information, but two interesting photos.
One shows "Ferrying Squadron Operations Control Tower in India", with 
the radio equipment 3 pieces from Bendix. One
must be an MN-28 DF receiver, which also had an HF band; one looks like 
a TA-6 transmitter; and the last some receiver
i don't recognize offhand, maybe another MN-?  LF-MF RDF receiver.

The other photo shows unidentified USAAF ground station with 5 SP-series 
Hammarlunds and one Hallicrafters SX-28.
