The National Electronics Museum Techno Swap fest was this last Saturday and for a small event with a limit of just forty tables it was well attended. I know that all tables were sold out prior to the event but I saw at least two tables that were vacant with the rest occupied. People were selling an assortment of items that ranged from computer components, old radios, radio and TV parts and vintage consumer stereo stuff and in addition to this the museum had a large aria of items they were selling. Some of the items the museum sold were a TBW transmitter without tubes for $20 and a number of dynamotors and transformers along with several large unique looking tube assemblies of military origin. I bought a couple large relay assemblies from an A-6 along with a three phase contactor from them for under $10 I also picked up an old RCA BC-9 mono audio console for $60 along with a little plastic promotional box from the late sixties from RCA that has a circuit board from one of their old TV sets and list all the "Space Age " advantages of the RCA Color TV set and figure that some RCA collector would like to have that. Not much other stuff that's military related but still not a bad way to spend a Saturday morning.
