[Milsurplus] Chokes....

Today while gunging out the basement, I found 7 ea "reactors", NIB. They are labeled 10 H 
225 mA DC 85 ohms DCR, 70 V. - 60 ~,P.W.V. to GND, 570 V, MAX. ALT. 10,000 FT. 

Also labeled TFIRXO4YY and C-110.

Anyone have any idea what they came out of, what they might be safely used for, and about 
how much they might be worth?

They are pretty heavy, have two ceramic-sheathed solder-posts in the center of the bottom 
about 1/2" tall, 4 threaded holes in the corners, and are painted Navy grey.
