[Milsurplus] ART-13 speech amp

Right about hamfests.  The nearest are 250 miles away (one way) and 96% of 
the people who show up have no interest in real radios.  For a while I was 
wearing out a bunch of pre-war HROs hauling them back and forth to hamfests. 
Finally got smart and advertized them on QTH classifieds.  It took a while 
but they all eventually ended up in good homes.  eBay is a pain in the butt 
but it works.
