[Milsurplus] ART-13 speech amp

[Bill Cromwell]

I always describe my materials as "used electrical parts". No problems. 
When they get scared of "electric" I'll switch to used machinery or used 
mechanical parts. Everything we can see or touch is 'mechanical'. Let 
the inspectors sleep at night free from fear.
