No that is the second one. I listed it after the first one sold. I am
editing things to delete "military" from all the headings. The first one
was headed to Spain to help restore an ART-13 with all the controls lables
in French.

Beats the heck out of me. I had it listed on eBay as being for "the
military ART-13." I'm wondering if the word "military" is the trigger? I'm
going to edit my eBay listings to take "military" out of the headings. It
is pure idiocy. The list is probably so long that no mere mortal could ever
digest it.
The interesting thing is that the seller "keeps the proceeds of the sale;"
and the buyer is refunder by the Global Shipping Center. Somebody is
paying for it; probably the government is buying this stuff and destroying
it to keep it out of the hands of the "wrong" people.
